Garner was not approved for the following reason:
Request indicates that new legally responsible person is with a different company (Crown Hotel & Travel Management,
LLC and not Garner Ventures, LLC, which is the entity that holds the permit). We cannot transfer ownership and legal
responsibility to a new entity through a Modification. If construction is on -going, the new owner (Crown Hotel & Travel
Management, LLC) must obtain a separate COC with a new eNOI form, and then the original owner (Garner Ventures,
LLC) must submit a Notice of Termination form and provide the new COC number for the project. If construction is
completed, the original owner should close out the Erosion Control Plan and submit a Notice of Termination form for the
NCG01 COC.
