Good morning!
I apologize for the delayed response. I was out on vacation last week.
This permit was renewed on June 22nd after overdue fees were applied, but we missed it in the batch of renewal COCs
because it was not effective June 15Y. I see a request for a renewal COC in our system, and I will process that shortly.

Annual fees are owed, and so permit coverage for this facility was not renewed, or
This COC was issued after the General Permit was renewed, or
This COC is no longer active (has been rescinded).
