We never received the hard copy of the Fast-Track submission, we are currently processing the Standard Application
that was initially submitted.

Yes, we do not cash the check until the project is accepted for review. We can also cannibalize items from the Standard
Application for use in the Fast-Track Application (or you can just resubmit everything, whichever is easiest for you).
