On July 20, 2023, Tricia Lowery and Jesse Barnes of the North Carolina Division of Water Resources conducted
a Pretreatment Compliance Inspection (PCI) of the City of Greensboro. This inspection was conducted to
verify that the program is operating in compliance with the conditions and limitations specified in North
Carolina Pretreatment Regulations (15A NCAC 02H .0900). A summary of the findings and comments noted
during the inspection are provided in the enclosed copy of the inspection report. There were no significant
issues or findings noted during the inspection and therefore, a response to this inspection report is not
required.
