Good afternoon. Please find the attached notification for Tier II status for Marshall Steam Station stormwater outfall
SW003. Pursuant to NPDES Industrial Stormwater Permit NCS000548, this notification is submitted to you (electronic
and hard copy) on July 24, 2023. The corresponding stormwater sample was collected at SW003 on June 19, 2023 and
analytical results were received on July 19, 2023. In response to the exceedance, a stormwater system inspection was

also completed on July 19 and is documented in the attached letter.
