were collected on
Tuesday March 28, 2023 during Week 1 and Tuesday May 2, 2023 during Week 6 for all parameters.
Upstream and
Downstream analysis was performed on Wednesday March 29, 2023 and Wednesday May 3, 2023.
There were 4 violations for the month of April: The Weekly Average for Ammonia was exceeded during Week 2 and Week 3. The
Monthly Average Ammonia limit was also exceeded.
The Weekly TSS limit for Week 4 was exceeded.
From the previous month, the plant continued to have problems with faulty level indications and faulty decanter operations which
resulted in the basins returning to Storm Mode operation. This interrupts the treatment process by creating sporadic short circuit

episodes for brief periods. Inadequate settling times allows solids to accumulate as well. We continued to re -seed the basins with
mixed liquor from other nearby plants as well to build up nitrifiers. After correcting the level float signaling, the basins returned to
Normal Mode in both SBR basins by April 14. The decanters were repaired by April 24. Nitrification steadily improved through the
month and aggressive solids removal has returned compliant operation to the plant by Week 5.
