of NPDES permit
NCO023604 for its Lumber
Plant (7578 U.S. Hwy 64,
Lexington) in Davidson
County. This permitted
facility discharges to an
unnamed tributary to Flat
Swamp Creek in the
Yadkin -Pee Dee River
Basin. Currently BOD,
ammonia nitrogen,
dissolved oxygen, fecal
coliform and total residual
chlorine are water quality
limited. This discharge may
affect future allocations in
this portion of the Yadkin -
Pee Dee River Basin.
