The Qualitative monitoring records were available, but some were incomplete. The facility is in Tier II for TSS and fecal coliform at outlets 1, 3, and 5. Outlets 1 and 3 are located in the closed portion of the landfill and the fecal appears to be a result of the wildlife. Construction BMPs are recommended to reduce the TSS results. The facility appeared well operated and maintained, but cattails have grown in the outlet 5 pond and may need to be removed. If you have questions, contact me at Lily.
