Currently BOD, Ammonia, and Fecal Coliform are water -quality limited. This discharge may affect future waste - load allocations in this portion of the Neuse River Basin. Lampe & Malphrus Lumber Company requested renewal of NPDES permit NCO080519 for the Tenth Street Sawmill (210 N Tenth St, Smithfield, NC] in Johnston County. This facility discharges wet -decking wastewater to an unnamed tributary to Buffalo Creek/Neuse River Basin. Currently Settleable Solids is wa- ter -quality limited. This discharge may affect future wasteload allocations in this portion of Buffalo Creek.
