Inspection Summary:
The Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP) and related documentation was complete including employee training
records, inspection records, and the annual certification. The facility appeared well operated and maintained except the
unstabilized area in the back of the facility that could contribute to the TSS exceedances. Outlet 2 was located outside the
back fence and could be eliminated if the stormwater is directed to the front of the site, but should be sampled until that

Comment: Previous inspections failed to locate outlet 2, but there is a storm drain outside the fence in the
back of the facility. The facility could eliminate this outfall by grading this area to ensure all
stormwater flows to the front of the facility. This area was also lacking sufficient vegetation to
restrain sediment on site and could be a contributing factor to the TSS exceedances. This
area should be stabilized with vegetation, mulch, rock, or hardscaping.
