The ORC is hand cranking the unit. Additionally, there was exposed PVC pipes. I check in frequently on this facility. If I get any more, I'll pass along to permit writer. Upgrades are being done, and I will keep reaching out for updates. No recorded enforcements in the last 5 years, and most recent NOV was in 2014 for Coliform.
