pQuality Stormwater Permitting Unit in Raleigh, the Wilmington
Regional Office has determined that Outfall 008 can be represented at Outfall 003. All other outfalls
shall be monitored in accordance with the requirements specified in your Stormwater Permit
r° 'NCS000076). Monitoring data collected throughout this upcoming permit cycle can be re-evaluated
upon the next permit renewal request to determine whether additional representative outfall status can
be granted.
