Good Afternoon, Bethany!
I am writing in response to the below email that you sent to Mr. Robin Rose regarding a Modification to COC #NCC223575 for
Chatham Park — Grant Drive Phase 3. As you mentioned in your email, the Organization name in the signature block did not match
the entity listed as the Permittee. Please accept my sincere apologies for this error.
Both the Permittee and Organization should have been listed as 15-501 East LLC, with Mr. Robin R. Rose signing as Registered Agent.
Can you please advise as to how I can correct this error for you, or let me know if I need to submit a new Modification?
Again, I am so sorry for the trouble. I will look forward to hearing from you and will resolve this issue as quickly as possible.

We received this request for a mod to a permit held by 15-501 East LLC, but the request was submitted by Robin with
Chatham Park Investors LLC, a different organization. Are these organizations related? We do not accept Modification
requests from individuals who are not affiliated with the Permittee organization. Please advise.
