In that capacity, I oversee all aspects of the T. Z. Osborne Wastewater Treatment Facility, a 56 MGD advanced Biological Nutrient Removal plant that serves 300,000 people and is located on 400 acres in McLeansville NC. The City of Greensboro is a member of the North Carolina Water Quality Association (NCWQA). The City shares the concerns of the NCWQA in regard to the draft General Permit NCG110000.
