Hi Robbie and Bryan,
Hope you are doing well. Please see the report attached here for the inspection of Airgas facility
conducted on 4/4/23.
For the portion of the facility that is used as a storage area where stormwater will generally sheet
flow out of here, it was recommended that a minimum 10 ft vegetated buffer be maintained around
this perimeter. Please provide an ETA for completion of this task and we may do a follow-up
inspection next time we're in the Wayne County area.
Also, stormwater sampling needs to reinstate immediately and DMRs should be sent to us.
