The Washington Regional Office has conducted a review of the Town of Williamston's 2022 Pretreatment
Annual Report (PAR). The review indicates that the PAR is in good order and satisfies the requirements of
15A NCAC 2H .0908(b) and the Comprehensive Guidance for North Carolina Pretreatment Programs.
The next PAR will be due March 1, 2024.
If an Industry opens during 2023 please notify the Division so we will know that the program has a current
Slu.
