-Triad Anodizing and Plating (IUP 029) ceased process production CY2022 and closed. Permit rescinded effective 5/13/22.
-Draft ERP was submitted 3/1/22. Receipt of draft was acknowledged but no approval letter has been sent to PT program
-Program Info Database states next IWS is due 9/30/24, however the DEQ approval letter on 2/12/20 stated it is due 4/1/24. Need
confirmation of correct date. Additionally, several corrections need to be made to Program Info Database and historical SNC.
