Good morning Bethany,
We applied for land disturbance for all lots (1005-1020 & 1026-1035) which was approved 8/12/22. At that time, we
made the decision to delay purchasing Lots 1005-1009 & 1026 and only applied for the Modified COC for lots 1010-1020
& 1027-1035.
Having purchased lots 1005-1009 & 1026 on 2/14/23, we are now applying for a Modified COC which will include those
lots. I hope that clears that up, but if not, please let me know if you have any questions. Thanks!
