NARRATIVE SUMMARY
GENERAL INFORMATION:
GENERAL PROGRAM INFORMATION:
During the reporting period, the POTW modified the Headworks Analysis which was
approved by the State by letter dated 9/15/2022. The POTW did not modify any of
the other Pretreatment Program Elements during the reporting period. A copy of the
"Pretreatment Program Info Database" is attached with noted corrections.
GENERAL PERMIT INFORMATION:
None to report.
SIU INFORMATION:
1. Sans Technical Fibers (0108)
SIGNIFICANT NONCOMPLIANCE (SNC) INFORMATION:
No SNC Events
OTHER INFORMATION:
During this reporting period, Sans was issued a Notice of Violation for
submitting the April IU report after the due date. Sans was compliant with
all of the IUP limitations.
The POTW completed the required sampling and monitoring and annual
inspection.
2. Strum, Ruger & Company (0109)
SIGNIFICANT NONCOMPLIANCE (SNC) INFORMATION:
No SNC Events
OTHER INFORMATION:
During this reporting period, Strum, Ruger & Company was compliant with
all of the IUP conditions and limitations.
The POTW completed its required monitoring and annual inspection.
3. Unifi Corporation (0105)
SIGNIFICANT NONCOMPLIANCE (SNC) INFORMATION:
No SNC Events
OTHER INFORMATION:
During this report period, Unifi met all of the permit conditions, monitoring
requirements, and limitations.
