(ABB) facility referenced above, located in Pinetops, North Carolina (the "site"). The report is being submitted in accordance with State Stormwater Management Permit No. SW5100602, for facility construction/expansion projects initiated in 2010 and 2018. The site is also covered under National Pollution Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) General Permit No. NCG030000 (Certificate of Coverage No. NCG030006). The ABB - Pinetops facility occupies approximately 26.2 acres northeast of Highway 43N (Attachment 1, Figure 1). The layout of site structures, material handling/storage areas, and stormwater control measures are shown in Figure 2. A main stormwater retention pond with a forebay is located in the northeastern portion of the site and was constructed as part of the 2010 facility construction/expansion project. A temporary sediment basin and associated stormwater control measures installed as part of the facility construction/expansion project initiated in 2018 are situated in the northern site portion. In accordance with permit SW5100602, formal semi-annual inspections were completed for the main stormwater retention pond (and forebay), plus the temporary sediment basin (and associated structures), in June 2022 and December 2022. In addition, inspections were conducted for the temporary stormwater control measures on a frequency of at least once -per -week in accordance with the approved site Sediment and Erosion Control Plan from April 2022 through December 2022. Copies of completed June 2022 and December 2022 semi-annual inspection forms are provided in Attachment 2. A summary of the semi-annual inspections and maintenance activities are provided in the table below.
