What permit number is this in reference to?
If this is for a construction stormwater COC, we cannot transfer ownership. If
construction is on -going, the new company needs to apply for a new permit through
our eNO1 Form, and the old company needs to submit a Notice of Termination (and
provide the new COC number for the project obtained by the new owner).
