THE PERMITTED USES OF TEH PROPERTY SHALL BE LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING: 1.1. PROFESSIONAL OFFICE 1.2. CONTRACTOR'S OFFICE & STORAGE YARD 2. NO SPECIAL EXCEPTION USES ARE ALLOWED 3. THE DEVELOPER AGREES TO MAINTAIN A 20% TREE PRESERVATION THRESHOLD TO CONFORM WITH TOWN OF HOLLY SPRINGS GOALS FOR TREE PRESERVATION. 7. ANY APPROVED WAIVER OF UTILITY CONNECTION SHALL ONLY APPLY TO THE EXISTING BUILDINGS OR THOSE THAT CAN BE SERVED BY THE EXISTING SEPTIC SYSTEM ON THE PROPERTY AS APPROVED BY WAKE COUNTY AND THE DEVELOPER ACKNOWLEDGES THAT THE DEVELOPMENT OF NEW BUILDINGS OR ADDITIONS TO EXISTING BUILDINGS MAY REQUIRE EXTENSION AND CONNECTION TO TOWN UTILITIES. 8.
