Sending this as a courtesy agenda for a conversation in the New Year- I will be working a limited schedule now through
January 3 and thought to get this in front of everyone while it was on my mind.
If we don't talk between now and the holidays I wish you all a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year.
1. Sue and I coordinated today and DWR will be handling the Buffer Exception. It will need a 30 day DWR public
notice. Sue will let me know if she needs anything else from us.
2. 1 am working with the engineer to show the locations of the proposed stormwater measures on a separate plan
sheet. We will have this mapped out pretty early in the new year.
3. DWR inquired if the riprap outlet was included as an impact - the answer is yes. The table of aquatic resources at the
bottom of page 9 of 52 shows the length of Tributary 1 as 1340 and Tributary 2 as 302. The second to last paragraph on
page 10 of 52 states the impacts as being 1642 which is the total sum of Tributary 1 and Tributary 2.
4. USACE requested information regarding the stormwater pond located at the front of the building. Attached is a sheet
from a prior wetland permit application indicating that the pond was modified for stormwater treatment.
