This Permit to be displayed on the jobsite along with the stamped and approved erosion and sediment control plan by the Town of
Wake Forest. Erosion self -inspection must be performed weekly. The permit is good for two years and can be renewed in one-year
increments by submitting a request for extension thirty days prior to expiration in addition to permit renewal fees. If a permit is not
renewed it is the same as failure to submit an erosion control plan in accordance with the UDO and may be subject to a single, non -
continuing civil penalty of not more than five thousand dollars ($5000.00). Any person who is subject to civil penalty under this sub-
section may be subject to additional civil penalties for violation of any other provisions of the UDO, SPCA, or Federal Laws, Rules, or
Regulations.
