You should know that payments made out to DEMLR do not offer refunds. If your annual fee for NCC215547 was not already paid, there could have been a possibility to have the check cover the annual fee. Currently, I do not know of any other options at this time. /r Tev From: Clark, Paul <paul.clark@ncdenr.gov> Sent: Wednesday, November 30, 2022 10:41 AM To: Tony Moctezuma <tmoctezuma@tidewaterenc.com>; Broussard, Brooklyn C<Brooklyn.Broussard@ncdenr.gov>; Georgoulias, Bethany <bethany.georgoulias@ncdenr.gov> Cc: Holloman, Tevye L <tev.holloman@ncdenr.gov> Subject: RE: [External] RE: NCC223884 - NCC215547 Mr. Moctezuma (Tony), Hi. I understand. It sounds as though you need to submit an eNOT request to rescind the incorrect COC. Since this will not be a typical termination request, please put a note in the comments box that explains that the COC was issued in error and so there is no erosion/sedimentation closeout inspection report. Please still download, complete, wet sign, scan and upload the NOT Certification Form. If the check has already been processed, it is difficult to issue refunds, so the funds may be able to be applied to other fees. I'll let either Tev or Bethany comment further on the billing situation. Thx. Good afternoon, Lasherfiche just issued the certificate of coverage for this project, but it is still wrong. Would you be able to cancel this and send the check back? Good morning, I recently sent in an NOI for Peytons Ridge, Section IX and got the COC number NCC223884, but I made a mistake with this permit. There was already a COC number, NCC215547, and I was supposed to send in a modification instead of applying for a new permit. What is the best way to resolve this problem? Thanks, Tony Moctezuma, Ell 306 New Bridge Street Jacksonville NC, 28540 910-455-2414 ®TIDEWATER ASSOCIATES, INC.
