Inspection Summary:
Inspection was in response to a request for coverage under the NCG15. The facility is a small airport. The facility consists of
a runway, several airplane hangers and a few buildings. No de-icing activities take place. No materials were observed to be
stored outside.
A fueling area is located near outfall 1. The fueling area contains a large gas tank contained within a concrete berm. There
were 4 unlabeled drums and one tote also stored in the concrete berm.The unlabeled drums were belived to be spent fuel.
The tote had a red liquid inside and a broken top. The drums and tote should be removed and disposed of.
There are two mobile fuel trucks also onsite.
The remainder of the airport drains to outfall 2.
