The main issue here now is that per rule 15A NCAC 02H.1040(1)(a), the only people allowed to sign on behalf of a corporation are principle executive officers of a least a Vice -President level or higher. Given that you are a registered agent for the corporation in question, you aren't allowed to sign the application without authorization from someone who is allowed to sign. There are three ways in which you can tackle this issue: 1. Have a principle executive officer of a least a Vice -President level or higher write and sign a letter of authorization stating that you are allowed to sign the document on their behalf. This option can be submitted via PDF using email. 2. Provide documentation that you are a principle executive officer of a least a Vice -President level or higher for the corporation in question. This option can be submitted via PDF using email. 3. Have a principle executive officer of a least a Vice -President level or higher sign the application. This option would require a new original signature, notarized, hardcopy application. You can address this request with whichever method you prefer. If you have any more questions or concerns, please let me know.
