On October 13, 2004, the Wilmington Regional Office received a plan revision for Stormwater
Management Permit Number SW8 000505. The revisions include the addition of a catch basin
and piping across the backs of lots 1-14 and 51-56. This is allowed because the project is a
high density subdivision and may collect runoff via piping to direct it into the permitted wet
detention pond. It has been determined that a formal permit modification is not required for the
proposed changes. We are forwarding you an approved copy of the revised plans for your
files. Please replace the old approved plan sheet with the new one, enclosed.
Please be aware that all terms and conditions of the permit issued on August 16, 2000, remain
in full force and effect. Please also understand that the approval of this revision to the
-approved plans for the subject State Stormwater Permit is done on a case -by -case basis. Any
other changes to this project must be approved through this Office prior to construction. If it is
4determined that the proposed revision will require a modification to the permit, you will be
notified.

Please find enclosed two (2) copies of Revised Sheet 2 of 10. The Plan has been revised to
show swales, catch basins and storm drain pipe in the rear of Lot 4-15 and 51-56 to collect the house
runoff and pipe it to the stormwater system then to the pond. This design replaces the existing
design showing the rear of the lots being built up with dirt to get the lots to drain to the streets.
