Graham Wastewater Treatment Plan Expansion ES&C Plan was updated to add an
area for temporary parking and laydown area during construction (within Areas 7 &
8). The limits of disturbance increased to 14.56 acres (13.5ac + 1.06ac) to
incorporate the project updates. Updated Letter of Approval and Certificate of Plan
Approval are attached.
