Part of the NO1 requires us to evaluate alternatives, including discharge to the local wastewater treatment plant. Most municipalities I have worked with in North Carolina do not accept this wastewater (e.g., vehicle and equipment cleaning, wetting of raw material stockpiles, and mixing drum cleaning at a concrete plant) comingled with stormwater. I need to confirm whether or not the city would accept this wastewater, and if not, the NOI requires us to provide a letter documenting this. A written response to this email would suffice. Please give me a call at 919-459- 5229 or respond to this email. Your assistance is greatly appreciated. Mark Cramer, P.E. - Senior Engineer The El Group, Inc.
