INSTALL TEMPORARY INLET PROTECTION AS STRUCTURES ARE INSTALLED. 1. BEGIN ROUGH GRADING OF SITE. 2. BEGIN ROAD WIDENING AND INSTALL THE ASSOCIATED SUBSURFACE DRAINAGE SYSTEM. 3. ONCE ROUGH GRADES ARE ESTABLISHED, INSTALL THE SUBSURFACE DRAINAGE AND OTHER INFRASTRUCTURE AS APPROPRIATE AND PROTECT ALL NEW INLETS WITH TEMPORARY BLOCK AND GRAVEL OR SILT BAG MEASURES AS SHOWN. 4. FILL AROUND SKIMMER BASINS AS STORM DRAINAGE BECOMES OPERATIONAL AND DIRECTS DRAINAGE INTO THE RISER BASINS. MAINTAIN CONTROLLED FLOW WITH THE 24" SLOPE DRAINS AS SHOWN. 5. STABILIZATION IS REQUIRED WITHIN 14 CALENDAR DAYS OF COMPLETION OF ANY PHASE OF GRADING OR INACTIVITY ON PROJECT SITE. 6. ONCE ALL SUBGRADES HAVE BEEN ESTABLISHED, INSTALL SANITARY SEWER SERVICES AND THE PROPOSED WATER MAINS AND SERVICES. ONCE ALL UTILITIES HAVE BEEN INSTALLED, FINISH FINE GRADING OF SITE AND INSTALL CURB AND GUTTER AND PAVING. 7. STABILIZATION IS REQUIRED WITHIN 14 CALENDAR DAYS OF COMPLETION OF ANY PHASE OF GRADING OR INACTIVITY ON PROJECT SITE. 8. SITE STABILIZATION IS REQUIRED PRIOR TO FINAL APPROVAL OF GRADING PERMIT AND ISSUANCE OF CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPANCY. GRASS UTILIZED AS PERMANENT GROUND COVER MUST BE AT A MOWABLE HEIGHT THAT GENERALLY PROVIDES AT LEAST 80% COVERAGE THROUGHOUT THE SITE, WITH NO LARGE BARE PATCHES OR EVIDENCE OF EROSION. ONCE THE SITE HAS BEEN STABILIZED AND INSPECTED, CONVERT THE TEMPORARY RISER BASINS TO PERMANENT WET PONDS WITH THE APPROVAL OF THE INSPECTOR. 9. WHEN VEGETATION HAS BECOME ESTABLISHED, CALL FOR A FINAL SITE INSPECTION BY THE JOHNSTON COUNTY PUBLIC UTILITIES. OBTAIN A CERTIFICATE OF COMPLETION. INSTALL SILT FENCING OR OTHER TEMPORARY EROSION CONTROL MEASURES AS NEEDED PRIOR TO REMOVAL OF THE BASIN. 2. REMOVE BASIN(S) AND ASSOCIATED TEMPORARY DIVERSION DITCHES. IF CULVERT PIPES NEED TO BE EXTENDED, PERFORM THIS OPERATION AT THIS TIME. FINE GRADE AREA IN PREPARATION FOR SEEDING. 3. PERFORM SEEDBED PREPARATION, SEED, MULCH AND ASPHALT TACK ANY RESULTING BARE AREAS IMMEDIATELY. 4. INSTALL VELOCITY DISSIPATORS AND/OR LEVEL SPREADERS AS REQUIRED ON THE EROSION CONTROL PLAN. 5. WHEN SITE IS FULLY STABILIZED, CONTACT ENVIRONMENTAL INSPECTOR FOR APPROVAL OF REMOVING REMAINING TEMPORARY EROSION CONTROL MEASURES AND ADVICE ON WHEN SITE CAN BE ISSUED A CERTIFICATE OF COMPLETION. EROSION CONTROL NOTES ALL CONSTRUCTION SHALL BE IN ACCORDANCE WITH STATE AND LOCAL REQUIREMENTS. SUFFICIENT EROSION CONTROL PRACTICES MUST BE INSTALLED AND MAINTAINED TO RETAIN SEDIMENT WITHIN THE BOUNDARIES OF THE SITE. GROUND COVER STABILIZATION SHALL BE IN ACCORDANCE WITH NPDES PERMIT AND STABILIZATION CHART ABOVE. TEMPORARY GROUND COVER WILL BE INSTALLED ON ALL EXPOSED SLOPES IN 7 OR 14 DAYS. MAINTENANCE: ALL EROSION AND SEDIMENT CONTROL PRACTICES TO BE INSPECTED WEEKLY AND AFTER EVERY RUNOFF PRODUCING RAINFALL EVENT. NEEDED REPAIRS WILL BE MADE IMMEDIATELY. MAXIMUM GRADED SLOPE SHALL N�F�X_- D THREE (3) TO ONE (1). TOTAL DISTURBED SOIL AREA IS 45 ACRES. STOCKPILE NOTES: 1. HEIGHT SHALL NOT EXCEED 35 FEET. 2. TARPS SHOULD BE KEYED IN AT THE TOP OF THE SLOPE TO KEEP WATER FROM RUNNING UNDERNEATH THE PLASTIC. 2. IF A STOCKPILE IS TO REMAIN FOR FUTURE USE AFTER THE PROJECT IS COMPLETE (BUILDERS, ETC.), THE FINANCIAL RESPONSIBLE PARTY MUST BE NOTIFY WAKE COUNTY OF A NEW RESPONSIBLE PARTY FOR THAT STOCKPILE. 3. THE APPROVED PLAN SHALL PROVIDE FOR THE USE OF STAGED SEEDING AND MULCHING ON A CONTINUAL BASIS WHILE THE STOCKPILE IS IN USE. 4. ESTABLISH AND MAINTAIN A VEGETATIVE BUFFER AT THE TOE OF THE SLOPE (WHERE PRACTICAL).
