HomeMy WebLinkAboutNCC223737_ESC Approval Submitted (2)_20221103HAYWOOD COUNTY, NORTH CAROLINA CERTIFICATE OF PLAN APPROVAL AND LAND -DISTURBING PERMIT FOR �e<<ttmft% LAV%J4!011 C Project Name and Location 1021 The posting of this certificate certifies that an erosion and sedimentation control plan has been approved for this project by Haywood County, North Carolina in accordance with North Carolina General Statute 113A-57 (4) and 113A-54 (d)(4), the North Carolina Administrative Code, Title 15A, Chapter 48.0007 (c) and as per applicable sections of the Haywood County, North Carolina Code of Ordinances, Chapter 154: Sediment Control. This certificate must be posted at the primary entrance of the job site before construction begins and until establishment of permanent ground cover as required by North Carolina Administrative Code, Title 15A, Chapter 48.0027 (b) and as per Haywood County's Sediment Control Ordinance, Section 154.60 (6)(b). As per §113A-61.1(a) of the North Carolina General Statutes, "The Commission, a local government that administers an erosion and sediment control program approved under G.S. 113A-60, or other approving authority shall provide for inspection of land -disturbing activities to ensure compliance with this Article and to determine whether the measures required in an erosion control plan are effective in controlling erosion and sediment resulting from the land -disturbing activity. Notice of this right of inspection shall be included in the certificate of approval of each erosion control plan." Consistent with that directive, this shall serve notice of Haywood County's right to inspect the tract subject to this Certificate Of Sediment and Erosion Control Plan Approval and Land -Disturbing Permit.
