Jonna,
Your draft permit went out in the mail yesterday afternoon, so you
should receive it shortly. I have attached both the draft permit and
the cover letter to this email. This email is to let you know that I
just realized that I should have made two other minor changes. The
draft permit that I sent you yesterday had sampling dates starting in
2005. The attached permit has corrected dates. Sampling dates now
start in 2007 (see page 11). Additionally, the significant figures for
the lead benchmark (also on page 11) have been changed. The file you
will receive by mail has the benchmark set at 0.034, and it should be
0.0338. This change has also been made in the attached permit. I
apologize for the confusion.
