Hi Jonna - As we discussed on our phone conversation on February 8, 2005, Chemical
Specialties' Individual Permit is in effect even though the permit is currently
expired. Until the permit is reissued, you will not be responsible for analytical
monitoring of stormwater at the site. You are, however, responsible for the
semi-annual qualitative monitoring. All other terms and conditions of the permit are
still in effect. If you have any other questions, please don't hesitate to call me.
