Hi Tom, 

James’s 2‐1‐22 notes and photos from the Canton Mill are attached and below.  The brownish material was observed in 
the river near the bank at the locations shown on the attached August 2021 groundwater pH and ORP map.  DEQ 
personnel visited this area on 1‐31‐22.  Chuck Cranford intends to share DEQ comments with IP and AECOM.
