A review of the application indicates that the information requested on March 23, 2022 has not been received in this Office within the stipulated timeframe. A submission was provided on April 6, 2022 in response to the information requested on March 23, 2022, but the submission did not sufficiently provide the requested information. Per the requirements of Title 15A NCAC 02H .1042(3)(a)(ii) of the Stormwater Management Rules, this Office is hereby returning the subject application as incomplete. The $505.00 application fee has been forfeited and a new fee will need to be provided if you choose to resubmit this application in the future. The original signed letter is being mailed to the Applicant, Heather Meyers, at: JCH NC, LLC Attn: Scott Stearns, AS 370 CenterPointe Circle, Suite 1136 Altamonte Springs, FL 32701 An electronic version of this letter can be found in our online repository: https://edocs.deg.nc.gov/WaterResources/Browse.aspx?id=494276&dbid=0&repo=WaterResources To assist with the resubmission, the following issues were noted with the most recent submission: - Prior Comment 1— The SCM must meet all of the applicable MDCs of an SCM per 15A NCAC 02B .0602(b). The provided detention basin is not an SCM, the information for this "SCM" was not provided in the Supplement-EZ or O&M Agreement Forms, and sufficient design calculations demonstrating that all of the MDCs were met were not provided. Please ensure that the provided stormwater treatment device meets all of the applicable MDCs for an SCM. Prior Comment 3 — There still appears to be issues with the provided drainage areas to the curb outlet swales. For example, Lots 14-16 appear to drain to the curb outlet swales that run alongside these lots, but the drainage areas to these curb outlet swales are only delineated to the curb cuts. The areas that directly drain to the curb outlet swales are not included in the drainage areas (and should be). Prior Comment 6 — The provided detail for the "culvert" swale does not appear to match the calculations. The calculations indicate that the bottom with of this swale is 6 ft while the detail shows a bottom with of 2-3 ft.
