This grading permit has been updated to reflect a change in property ownership ner deed 2336/1043; please post the updated Erosion Control Permit onsite. There were no comments by Jackson County Soil and Water Conservation District. Due to the impact on the proper , in question, metal backed silt fencing needs to be installed onsite 8' maximum span standard strength fabric with wire fence Our approval does not cover areas which require 401 and 404 permits from the US Army Corps of Engineers and NC Department of Environment and Natural Resources, and/or other such governing agencies, until such time as said permits are in place. This approval does not exempt this project from any other state or local permits or regulations that may be additionally required. Please know that approval of this sedimentation and erosion control plan does not qualify this site for vested rights with regard to the proposed subdivision ordinance and that this development may be subject to the subdivision ordinance when adopted. Note: Should the plan not perform adequately; a revised plan will be required.
