Our analyses included a 250 psf surface loading along the roadway at the top of the embankment to account for traffic loading. The seismic condition included a Peak Ground Acceleration of 0.1g which equals or exceeds both the NC Building Code and the NCDOT requirements for the Mebane area. Based on car analyses, a 2.41 embankment slope would be stable without any internal reinforcement. For the static conditions, the calculated factor of sa&ty was 1.384, with the calculated factor of safcty for the seismic condition being 1203 The graphic&[ outputs along with the numerical output are attached to this letter for you review.
