Some minor bank slope is proposed to help tie in the new wingwall to a stable area (the area currently has minor toe erosion). The project has been reviewed with Crystal Amschler of USACE and Andrew Moore of DEQ and the County has issued the required floodplain permit_ No equipment will enter the stream and work will be complete prior to October 15 trout moratorium.
