27546 (hereinafter referred to in the neuter singular as 'Fthe
Grantor") and RUSSELL M. HAYES and his wife, SARAH E. HAYES
of Route 1, Box , Spring Lake, North Carolina 28390
(hereinafter referred to in the neuter singular as "the
Grantee"):
W T T N E S S E T H:
THAT said Grantor, for valuable consideration, receipt
of which is hereby acknowledged, has given, granted, bar-
gained, sold and conveyed, and by these presents does hereby
give, grant, bargain, sell and convey unto said Grantee, its
heirs, successors, administrators and assigns, all of that
certain piece, parcel or tract of land situate, lying and
being in Anderson Creek Township of said County and State,
and more particularly described as follows:
Being all of that certain 16.99 acres tract
according to that certain survey for Russell Hayes
prepared by Bennett Surveys, Inc., dated November 14,
1995, and filed for recordation in Plat Cabinet #F,
Slide 512-D, Harnett County Registry.
Also conveyed is the remainder interest in that
certain 1001 by 200' tract shown on above recorded plat
subject to a life estate reserved unto A. P. Hayes by
deed recorded in Book 684,. Page 606, Harnett County
