Install gravel construction pad, temporary diversions, silt fence, sediment basins or other measures as shown on the approved plan. Clear only as necessary to install these devices. Seed temporary diversions, berms and basins immediately after construction. 3. Call 919-868-2560 for an onsite inspection by the Watershed Manager to obtain a Certificate of Compliance. 4. Begin clearing and grubbing. Maintain devices as needed. Rough grade site. 5. Install storm sewer, if shown and protect inlets with block and ravel inlet controls sediment traps or other approved measures as shown on the Ian. If site is approved, remove temporary diversions, silt fence, sediment basins, etc., and seed out or stabilize any resulting bare areas. All remaining permanent erosion control devices, such as velocity dissipaters, should now be installed. 9. When vegetation has become established, call for a final site inspection by the Watershed Manager, Alan Alcock at 919-868-2560. Obtain a Certificate of Completion. EROSION CONTROL NOTES: 1. ALL INDIVIDUAL LOT EROSION CONTROL MEASURES SHALL BE INSTALLED IN ACCORDANCE WITH WAKE COUNTY REQUIREMENTS PER LIDO SECTION 10-20-5 (B). 2. THE TYPICAL INDIVIDUAL LOT EROSION CONTROL DETAILS CONTAINED ON THIS PLAN ARE PROVIDED FOR PURPOSES OF ILLUSTRATING VARIOUS TYPICAL CONDITIONS, AND SHALL BE ADAPTED AND MODIFIED AS NECESSARY IN ORDER TO ADDRESS THE SPECIFIC CONDITIONS FOR EACH LOT.
