Good afternoon,
The only NODS or NOVs that our Central Office would have issued would have been for outstanding fees. However, this
construction stormwater COC was issued on 10/27/2021 and has not even been billed for the next annual fee yet (it will
go out within the next week, and the invoice will be dated 10/1/2022 because of the month in which the permit was
issued.) I checked the permit file in our repository for all those permit records.
If the site was issued an NOV for a violation of the Erosion Control Plan or other compliance violations under the
NCG010000 Stormwater General Permit, the Winston-Salem Regional Office would have those records. I have copied
the Regional Supervisor there, Tamera Eplin, to assist further.
