THE INTERIOR WORK WILL INCLUDE FIRST & SECOND FLOOR LOBBIES WITH RESTROOMS, ELEVATOR, AND CENTRAL STAIRS. THERE ARE ALSO STAIRWELLS ON EACH END OF THE BUILDING. IN ADDITION, THERE IS A 2-STORY CAFE SPACE WITH AN OPEN STAIRWAY AND AN ADDITIONAL EMERGENCY STAIR EGRESS. These drawings are instruments of service and as such remain the property of the architect.
