CONTRACTOR SHALL NOTIFY THE TOWN ENGINEER, 48 HOURS PRIOR TO MAKING CONNECTIONS TO EXISTING STORM DRAINS LOCATED WITHIN PUBLIC STORM DRAINAGE EASEMENTS OR RIGHT OF WAY. 12. CONTACT TOWN ENGINEER FOR PRE -POUR INSPECTION PRIOR TO POURING VALLEY GUTTER AND CURB IN RIGHT OF WAY.
