There is actually a renewal COC available for this one (NCG140305) - it just had the wrong name. I have corrected that. Some possible reasons for this include: STATE OF NORTH CAROLINA DEPARTMENT OF ENVIRONMENTAL QUALITY DIVISION OF ENERGY, MINERAL, AND LAND RESOURCES GENERAL PERMIT NO. NCG140000 CERTIFICATE OF COVERAGE No. NCG140305 STORMWATER DISCHARGES AND WASTEWATER DISCHARGES NATIONAL POLLUTANT DISCHARGE ELIMINATION SYSTEM In compliance with the provision of North Carolina General Statute 143-215.1, other lawful standards and regulations promulgated and adopted by the North Carolina Environmental Management Commission, and the Federal Water Pollution Control Act, as amended, Concrete Supply Co LLC is hereby authorized to operate wastewater treatment system(s) and discharge stormwater and/or wastewater (as per original approval or subsequent modifications), from a facility located at: Concrete Supply Co-Stokesdale Plant 6819 US Hwy 158 Stokesdale Guilford County to receiving waters designated as HAW RIVER, class WS-V;NSW waters in the Cape Fear River Basin(s), in accordance with the effluent limitations, monitoring requirements, and other conditions set forth in General Permit No. NCG140000 which can be downloaded by entering "deq.nc.gov/SW-industrial" in the browser window and navigating to the "NPDES Stormwater General Permits" web page. This certificate of coverage shall become effective July 1, 2022.
