THiS DEED, made this day of March, 2014, by and between Bonnie D. Narron, Executrix
for the ESTATE of JAMES M. BULLARD, JR., Grantor, and DAVID M. NARRON and wife,
BONNIE D. NARRON, Grantee The designation Grantor and Grantee as used herein shall include said
parties, their heirs, successors, and assigns, and shall include singular, plural, masculine, feminine or neuter
as required by context
WITNESSETH
THAT WHEREAS, James M. Bullard, Jr, died and his Will is found in File No 13 F. 001176, in
the New Hanover County Clerk of Court's Office, and
WHEREAS, the beneficiaries under his Will who own an interest in this property are David M
Narron and wife, Bonnie D Narron, and
WHEREAS, Bonnie D Narron, Executrix, executes this Deed to memorialize the conveyance of the
hereinafter described property to the Grantees in accordance with the will of James M Bullard, Jr , and
THAT the Grantor does hereby convey unto the said Grantee, their heirs and assigns, in fee simple,
all that certain lot or parcel of land situated in the County of New Hanover, and State of North Carolina, and
more particularly described as follows
TRACT
BEGINNING at an iron pipe in the southern right of way line of Wrightsboro-W inter Park
Road (formerly Lineker-Schnibben Avenue) S. R 41175) (50.0 feet from the center line
thereof), said point being South 88 deg. 48 Trims West 130 0 feet from an old iron pipe in
a ditch and in the western line of Lot 7 of a Division of part of J W. Lennon Land as shown
on a map prepared by C J Josenhans, October, 1940, said last point being South 88 degrees
48 minutes West 1441 feet from a point in the Western line of the Seaboard Coast Line
Railroad right-of-way at Wrightsboro, where it is intersected by the southern line of Winter
Park- Wrightsboro Road; running thence from said beginning point, South 0 deg 21 min.
East 251 08 feet to an iron pipe in the northern line of the formerly Quinliven land; running
thence along said northern line, North 88 deg. 03 mins. West 210.0 feet to an iron pipe,
running thence North 0 deg. 23 min. West 239 53 feet to an iron pipe in the southern right
of way line of aforementioned Wrightsboro-W inter Park Road; running thence along the
southern right of way line of said Wrightsboro-W inter Park Road, North 88 deg. 48 mins.
East 210.0 feet to the point of beginning, containing 1.2 acres of land more or less, the same
being a portion of the formerly Bonham land, the same also being a portion of that certain
tract of land conveyed by W. L Moore to L. G. Herring by deed dated December 6, 1924,
and duly recorded in Book 157 at Page 458 of the New Hanover County Registry.

BEGINNING at an iron pipe in the southern right of way line of Wrightsboro-W inter Park
Road (formerly Lineker-Schnibben Avenue) (S. R. #1175) (50.0 feet from the centerline
thereof), said point being South 88 deg. 48 min. West 340.0 feet from an old iron pipe in a
ditch and in the western line of lot 7 of a Division of part of the J. W. Lennon land as shown
on a map prepared by C. J. Josenhans, October, 1940, said last point being South 88 degrees
48 minutes West 1441 feet from a point in the Western line of the Seaboard Coast Line
Railroad right-of-way at Wrightsboro where it is intersected by the southern line of Winter
Park-Wrightsboro Road; running thence from said beginning point South 0 deg. 23 min. East
239.53 feet to an iron pipe in the northern line of the formerly Quinliven land, running
thence along said northern line North 88 deg. 03 min. West 446.0 feet to an old iron pipe at
a turn in a ditch; running thence along said ditch North 0 deg. 30 min. West 215.02 feet to
an iron pipe in the southern right of way line aforementioned Wrightsboro-Winter Park
Road at a point about 0.15 miles eastwardly from Castle Hayne Road (U.S. Highway 1 17);
running thence along the southern right of way line of said Wrightsboro-W inter Park Road,
North 88 deg. 48 min East 442.35 feet to the point of beginning containing 2.3 acres of land
more or less, the same being a portion of the formerly Bonham land, the same also being a
portion of that certain tract of land conveyed by W L. Moore to L. G. Herring by deed dated
December 6, 1924, and duly recorded in Book 157 at Page 458 of the New Hanover County
Registry.
Together with all and singular the tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances thereunto belonging,
or in anywise appertaining.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the aforesaid lot or parcel of land and all privileges and appurtenances
thereto belonging to the Grantee in fee simple.
And the Grantors covenants with the Grantee, that Grantor has done nothing to impair such title as
Grantors received.
