These changes were made due to a letter I received on December 12, 2019 from Ms. Vivien Zhong of the PERCS unit. As you stated, there were no records showing the submittal of this permit with these modifications. Wyeth, LLC is operating under this modified IUP currently. These modifications were submitted prior to the deadline specified in Ms. Zhong's letter. During our conversation, you deemed that with this duplicate sub- mission with the modifications completed as requested in the afore mentioned letter would be acceptable. This letter will serve as an approval as such. I have included a copy of the letter from Ms. Zhong, the industry transmittal letter, and the modified permit pages. If there are questions about the above or enclosed information, please contact me at (919)777-1783 or by email at sarah.jordan@sanfordnc.net. Special conditions were not included in the submission, please incorporate any other applicable changes and resubmit it before January 31,2019.
