There is an additional 22 sq ft of sidewalk/pavers that is not part of the Keelson Row sidewalk, bringing the BUA UP to 1010 sq ft. There is a pretty substantial wood deck/handicap ramp, but that is all above grade/gaps between the boards Over the marina electrical panels, we also have 2 roofed "Kiosks' of probably 6'x8' each, (sort of like the sign board that Scott Greer did for his Eagle Project just outside of St. Marks. I was his project advisor, so somehow he was influenced by the pictures of the Bald Head Island panel cover "kiosks". We are installing the new A -dock slips this week, will probably need another kiosks to cover those panels also. The big slips are 3 phase, plus we have the single phase meters, so to be safe lets call it another 200 sf of roofed area for all 3. You can take that of the allowable 15,xxx sf.
