We paid the Stormwater $100 online ACH fee for Permit NCC190934 but it was returned to us because of a glitch in our
system. We contacted Aziza (who I understand is no longer with NCDEQ) and our message was to be forwarded about
trying to pay. I tried again a couple times but continue to get the following message. How may we submit our payment
to make sure we are not penalized in any way for non-payment?

(Stormwater Industrial NPDES permits), and "NCC" or "NCZ" (Stormwater C+
NPDES permits).
