He wanted to discuss the outfall locations identified during the previous inspection on June 9, 2022. Lee Hankins has been contiuing to transition the site from a saw mill to a treatment plant. No industrial activity is occuring onsite at this time. More scrap metal and discarded wood has been removed from the site. Machinery and other materials have been removed from the saw mill building. A lot of grading has taken place along the roadways and behind the saw mill. The outfall that was identified behind the saw mill building is no longer present. The area has been graded and birmed. Outfall A near the treatment building has also been shifted to a new location after grading has taken place. Outfalls will need to be labled/identified under the requirements of the new individual permit.
